|

No, and I do not accept walk-in jobs, this is done by mail order only and the shop is not open to the public. |
| How long does this take? | I am presently working on a part-time basis but do I try to get the work done as quickly as possible, an approximate turn-around time will be quoted with the repair estimate. At this time, standard refinishing of wood and metal would be about 2-3 months, special finishes, such as color case hardening may take a little longer. |
| How much does this cost? | There is no set cost. This is because each job requires a different amount of work owing to the type of rifle it is and how complex the re-surfacing work will be, as well as on the rifle's present condition which is a huge variable. After examining you gun I provide you with an estimate of what the work on your rifle will cost so you know right from the start how much it will be. |
| Where do I send the gun? | If you would like an repair estimate and need my shipping address or if you need to discuss this further before shipping, drop me an e-mail at dave@oldwestgunsmith.com and I will respond asap. |
*Taken in only if you understand we consider these rifles to be non-shooting relics and any work will be quoted as such.
