Smith & Wesson K-32 First Model, the first production run K-frame .32 S&W caliber target model! Only 94 of this ultra-rare K-frame were ever manufactured from 1938-about 1941, which means this particular piece has to be one of the last guns made on June 26, 1941 and shipped to A.F. Stoeger in New York. This beautiful revolver is in pristene mechanical condition and had been fired very little. When it arrived here it was obvious that the gun was virtually brand new before having suffered external rust damages to the barrel and right side frame during long storage in a bank vault in Montana.
The piece has now had its finishes expertly refurbished (a 1940's factory service dept. type refurbish) by Dave Jr. right here in our shop, the blue and case colors are presently 99.9% like-new. The only tiny flaws are the bottoms of one or two of the worst pits (see muzzle photo) and even these are almost un-noticable. The period grips are exactly the correct type however they are not serialed to match this gun. The grips do fit the grip frame really well almost all over, with only slight overhangs at the butts. Comes with a factory letter. An FFL or C&R license is required for purchase. $9,995.00
