Original, I have several that are almost identical; in excellent-near new condition except a chip has been nicely repaired at the butt-around the grip pin area, the repair is black epoxy. The pin hole is not drilled so there is plenty of room for fitting. This grip size fits .38 SA-DA and 38 Safety Hammerless.
