Levine's Guide to Knives and their Values has been regarded as a standard reference work for knife collectors. I can see why; in this new, expanded edition the author provides everything one will need to successfully collect knives.

Knife collecting is a rapidly growing international hobby and “finds” of really fine knives are still plentiful. The author is regarded by many in the industry as the leading full-time writer on knives and cutlery. In this edition Levine has refined and corrected information on different brands, models and on overall cutlery history – at the same time providing an updated price guide.

As a beginning knife collector myself, I liked the book very much, it is proving itself very helpful and since this turned out to be my first book on the subject, it is probably the best first book I could have in my hands.
